Starting the day with a guided meditation can really boost your energy level, purify you from stress and negativity, and give you a positive attitude. Mi intent is to set up a new routine with you, so that we will find our journey to inner balance week after week. During the meditation sessions, we can leverage visualizations, pranayama (breathing exercises), mantra (repetition of words, close to singing a very easy song) and more.
